David Mutal Architects have designed the modern house experience located in the city of Lima, Peru. Called VA House, designed as an alternate route that contact with the garden and the inner experience of space, this sequence is organized along an axis “bone” of movement and light that leads to the various spaces of the house. These spaces of different proportion in different ways relate to the outside with a view wider or closed, more or less light depending on what happens inside. Marcio Kogan Architects have designed the Cury House located in Sao Paulo, Brazil. In this room, two large wooden lathe doors open onto a deck where, on one side there is a beautiful view of the city and, on the other, looks out to the garden that, further downstairs, continues out from the grand living room.
