The minimalist open home concept located in Hermosa Beach, California designed by XTEN Architecture. This house design based on the contemporary values with features a unique open roof, resembling a box with its lid ajar to expose a modern minimalist interior to the sunny sky. Built in small volume of just 23 feet wide, 29 feet deep and 30 feet high. The natural light flooding the home via the “open” roof visually expands the space – the top floor and patios are entirely open – offering a private, sunny haven overlooking of the Pacific Ocean’s.
