Bayswater House Interior by MAC Interactive Architects

The first finished project in Sydney – completed early 2000. The brief was generated from the criteria of combating noise and improving the flow within the apartment. Renovations were extensive and included moving the bedroom back to the quieter part of the apartment and bringing the kitchen/dining and living space to the noisier front section, to create a large social space with district views out over Paddington.

Small Apartment Interior in Reykjavik by Gudmundur Jonsson

Norway based architect Gudmundur Jonsson, has complete the small apartment interior, designed for himself in Reykjavik, Iceland. This is very small apartment was build at 48 m2, but with the glass balcony and including the other at backside it is now 52 m2. The white color is of course as Dipa says in order to make the apartment larger. The designer has kept the detailing to a minimum with more emphasis on planning this small space. The sliding glass doors between the bedroom and the living area is a smart idea though I think the knob handles for sliding seem to be missing.
